Fifteen years+ progressive experience in event production, project management, budget management, vendor contract negotiations, sponsorship implementation, strategic partnerships, hospitality, meeting facilitation and leadership in performance arts, integrated marketing, and community engagement.  As the Director of Programming and the Director of Special Events and Program Operations at Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, I produced and managed the production of over 100 concerts, festivals and other high-profile special events such as NFL Kick-Off 2018, Sail Philadelphia 2018, PECO Multicultural Series, Pennsylvania Care Health Festival, Philly Pride Festival, Global Energy 10K Race / 5K Walk, UNIVESTival, Smooth Jazz Summer Nights Concert Series, Sounds of Inspiration, Annual Promenade and Fundraiser, Philadelphia Orchestra FREE Neighborhood Concerts, DNC Volunteer Party, Holiday Tree Lighting broadcast live on NBC10. I have also worked for Wawa Welcome America as producer for Party on the Parkway, the 6abc Dunkin' Thanksgiving Day Parade as the Talent Coordinator and the production manager for the Official 2019 Juneteenth Festival and Parade.
